    the 7th International Conference on Hospitality and Tourism Management 2020 (ICOHT 2020) was an online virtual conference on Hospitality and Tourism Management that was held on 25th-26th August, 2020. The Conference Chairs were Dr. Chandana (Chandi) Jayawardena, Prof. Dr. D.A.C. Suranga Silva, and Prof.Dr. Neethiahnanthan Ari Ragavan.

    The main streams addressed by the participants through their researches during the conference were Enhancing Tourism with Authentic Hospitality, Innovation in Hospitality, Tourism and Events Industry – A Holistic Approach, Building Bigger Ecosystems: Unlocking the Power of Human and Technology and Next-Generation Customer Experience: Human Touch Vs. Smart Touch.

    The issue includes peer-reviewed papers presented at ICOHT 2020.

    The 10th International Conference on Hospitality and Tourism Management, organized by the International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM), was successfully held on the 25th and 26th of July 2024 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

    With the theme “Diversification and Expansion of Tourism Products,” ICOHT 2024 served as a vibrant platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to engage in meaningful dialogue and exchange ideas. The conference aimed to foster innovative thinking that transcends cultural, geographical, and disciplinary boundaries, promoting inclusivity and advancing global cultural heritage and knowledge.

    Through interactive sessions and interdisciplinary collaborations, the event inspired critical discussions and impactful contributions. It featured a diverse array of researchers and case studies from around the world, offering participants ample opportunities for networking and publishing. The conference welcomed over 50 participants, including academics, researchers, scholars, activists, industry leaders, and professionals from more than 22 countries.

    The International Conference on Hospitality and Tourism (ICOHT) was successfully concluded on 25th – 26th July 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in collaboration with Asia Pacific University (APU). The discussions covered a wide range of contemporary topics, including sustainable tourism development, digital transformation in hospitality, destination management, and innovative industry practices, reflecting both regional and global perspectives.

    Beyond the academic sessions, ICOHT 2025 provided valuable opportunities for networking and collaboration among participants. The successful conclusion of the conference highlighted the strength of international partnerships and reaffirmed ICOHT’s role as a significant global forum for advancing research, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the sustainable growth and future resilience of the hospitality and tourism industry.
