The research aimed to identify prevalent <br />leadership styles, assess differences in perception between administrators and staff, determine the use of agile leadership, and explore the relationship between leadership style and responsiveness in various situations. A mixed-methods approach was employed, using a researcher-designed survey administered to 105 employees (52 administrators and 53 staff) and key informant interviews with three administrators. Quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency, weighted mean) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation, z-test). Qualitative data from interviews provided context and validation. Results indicated a perceived discrepancy in leadership styles, with staff primarily experiencing transactional leadership and administrators believing they employed transformational leadership. Responsiveness levels were generally high across situations, with specific leadership skills emerging depending on the context. The study identified servant leadership as effective in normal situations, transformational leadership in emergencies, and agile leadership in conflict resolution. Based on these findings and identified challenges and solutions, a proposed training plan was developed. The study concludes that situational leadership is crucial, emphasizing the need for tailored approaches. Text and defense go together. Panel examiners reviewed 34 English, Mathematics, and Science student papers for Teacher Education's secondary education thesis proposal defense. Advisors, researchers, and three-panel examiners—the chairman, data analyst, field expert, and technical expert—rated the work. ANOVA parametric test was used since the normality scale p-value is 0.968 and the variances in all five areas—organization, content, speaking skills, question response, and confidence and personality—are more than 0.05. Comparison of oral proficiency to specialization course. Student specialization did not affect oral proficiency (p=0.075, mean=66.90%), however three of five were relevant. Content, answers, confidence, and personality varied by expertise. Scheffe's assessment indicated that third-year Math and Science students performed equally in oral proficiency but differently from English majors. It's amazing that English huge research groups fared worse than the two. The program needs improve since English majors may struggle in the three areas. All three majors had the same organization (p=0.060, mean=67.06%) and speaking ability (p=0.096, mean=65.29) since the other three categories were great but not significant. Despite the importance of mobile phones, the increasing rate of youth addiction to it is fueling serious concern on students learning. Studies have revealed that poor performance in school subjects are attributed to addiction to phones! There is therefore the need for teachers to utilize the ‘addiction’ to the advantage of the learners. To change the status quo, this study examined science teachers’ attitudes and perceptions towards use of Mobil phones as an innovative devices to support teaching and learning. This study assessed the sustainability of this community extension program, specifically the joint CCC-CGC Civil Service review, where initially 303 participants registered, with 184 completing the survey, and their profiles were analyzed based on sex, civil status, age, and employment location. The evaluation covered four key areas: overall assessment, reviewers, lecture materials, and the review program itself, with statistical analysis using ANOVA conducted to determine differences in evaluations across these areas, revealing a normal distribution (Shapiro-Wilk p = 0.973) and homogeneity of variances (p = 0.725). Overall, participants rated all four areas as "very satisfactory," however, two significant findings emerged: evaluations of the reviewers’ area differed significantly (p = 0.028) between CGC employees and participants from outside Calamba, and the evaluation of the program's benefits and convenience varied significantly (p = 0.019) across age groups, particularly with participants aged 38-42 and 52-57 rating this aspect as only "satisfactory."
